Luxperience 2014

Luxperience 2014

This week we attended Luxperience: an industry event for bespoke luxury and high-end experiential travel. If you follow our Instagram feed, you’d think it was all Champagne, canapés and fun in the harbour city, however there was a serious side to the conference. Luxperience CEO, Lindy Andrews discussed the ‘New Luxury’ in her opening address, which is more personal and immersive travel rather than generic 5 star hotels.  We couldn’t agree more and alluxia strives to bring unique experience so you can live like a local and explore the destination, rather than feeling like a tourist. We did note a lack of discussion around technology in tourism, certainly one of our passions…

Here’s our highlights, tips and news in luxury travel and what’s hot in Australia and New Zealand right now!
