Following the much-anticipated opening of Sea Sea Hotel Crescent Head, comes the news that culinary maestro Maurice Terzini and his team from Icebergs Dining Room & Bar will host the hotel’s first special takeover on Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 November.
For one unforgettable weekend, guests will indulge in a curated Italo/Oz menu, sip sunset drinks and soak up the seaside vibe – all while enjoying good music by Reverberation Radio’s Wesley Herron (LA) and good times with Sea Sea Hotel Founders George and Cisco Gorrow.
With a menu focused on sustainability and quality ingredients, the talented takeover is the perfect way to celebrate Sea Sea Hotels highly anticipated debut. Expect menu starters such as Yellowfin Tuna Crostini, mains including Spaghetti Vongole with Ballina Pipis or Iceburger Westholme Wagyu Fillet and save room for dessert with Icebergs famous Tiramisu, Pavlova or Honey Cake.
Joining Terzini on the North Coast will be Icebergs Dining Room & Bar Pastry Chef Brittany Smith and Bartender Director Matty Opal. Opal has curated wines and signature cocktails such as the Yuzu Spritz, ideal for sunset seaside sipping.
