This week, we quietly celebrated three years since alluxia.com went live. We celebrated with our nearest and dearest with a glass or two of French Champagne & reflected on how quickly three years has flown by. Our goals for the year ahead include growing the alluxia collection and adding more destinations while remaining truly Australian.
Next month we’ll be celebrating our 3rd Birthday in a much bigger and more public way, with a smashing campaign and loads of great offers for everyone to enjoy! So there will be lots more to celebrate!
While French Champagne is ideal for celebrating special occasions, we also love Australian sparkling with cool climate Tasmanian produces being amongst our favourites include Stefano Lubiano, Jansz, ARRAS, Ninth Island and Josef Chromy. We loved visiting the Stefano Lubiano vineyard in Hobart recently and you’ll hear more in our upcoming feature on Hobart…
This recipe reminds me of travelling in Daylesford last year on a girls’ getaway when we visited the Lavandula Lavender Farm. We indulged in Lavender Champagne and Lavender scones and it was a taste sensation! You can read our Weekenders Guide to Daylesford for more.
In the meantime, kickstart your weekend with a Champagne Cocktail or two, cheers!
