International Macaron Day otherwise known as “Le Jour du Macaron” invites one and all to celebrate the art and flavour of delicate sweets at their finest. If you’ve been living under a rock for the past five years, a macaron is essentially a “French sandwich” that consists of two layers of a meringue based cookie complete with ganache and all things sweet. Such a celebration is set to take place on 20th March across America, Europe and even Australia! As a result Alluxia has devoured countless macarons to comprise a golden list of Australia’s top 8 macaron distributers.
