Following a successful inaugural year, Newcastle Food Month is back, with a program of events spanning the month of April and highlighting the culinary and creative talent of Newcastle’s burgeoning food scene.
There’s an event for everyone in this year’s plentiful program - Opera over dinner in a brewery, dine in a gin distillery and degustation’s any way you like them – Spanish, Italian, Thai, Seafood or even matched with cocktails. There’s even a sustainable progressive lunch taking over a floor of hotel suites.
All the big names in Newcastle’s dining scene such as the Roundhouse at Crystalbrook Kingsley, The Flotilla, Restaurant Mason, Nagisa, Harrisons and Rustica, have designed their own unique events. Food Month Ambassador - Cakeboi Reece Hignell, also teams up with Foghorn brewery in an inspiring collaboration as well as a High Tea event at Cakeboi HQ.
