Both levels have generous covered decks overlooking the panoramic beach and ocean vista. The open plan living areas and state-of-the-art kitchen all enjoy the same 180 degree unobstructed ocean view. There is a large double garage and plenty of off street parking for a boat. There are 3 bedrooms located on the top floor, the master has a king bed, the second bedroom a king bed while the third bedroom has 2 king singles or king zipped (please notify your preference on booking form). Two more bedrooms are located downstairs the fourth bedroom has a queen bed while the fifth bedroom has 2 single beds. ***This property is located in a quiet residential street which is noise sensitive.
