There is a spacious open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room which flows out to a deck with glass balustrade, making it feel like there's nothing between you and the ocean. This level also is home to the master King bedroom, with WIR and an ensuite. It could be ideal for guests wanting to avoid stairs. The upper level is comprised of 2 bedrooms 1 King with King single, 1 Queen with King single, the spectacular view can be seen from all three. Finally, on this level, there's a bathroom and another living area. The lower level is comprised of yet another large living area, with kitchenette, a massive bedroom with two bunks 4 singles, a sizeable deck, arcade games machine, and pool table, again, all overlook the beach, and a bathroom. The shopping village of Anna Bay is within 5 minutes, as is the adventure packed, Stockton Sand Dunes. They're the largest dunes in the southern hemisphere and you can enjoy a range of activities to suit all ages and thrill levels, from sand boarding down 30m high dunes to 4WD tours.
