Perched above the surf and surrounding bushland, its a private oasis, yet is only a 500m stroll down a path to One Mile Beach. One Mile Beach is the areas premier family friendly surf beach, perfect for body boarding, surfing and swimming. Its fully patrolled by Surf Life Savers and is home to a lovely kiosk and cafe Just the thing you need to feed those hungry mouths after all the frolicking in the sun and waves. Boat Harbour Beach is also tantalisingly close by. This picturesque, curving, family friendly beach is nestled between rock-pools, just waiting to be explored and has some of Port Stephens most spectacular snorkeling just off its shore. Its the perfect beach to build sandcastles and play beach cricket. Fish from the beach for dinner for the night, but, between May and November, keep a lookout for the splendid Southern Right Whales passing during their annual migration, a sight which delights both the young and the young at heart. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, and has all stainless steel appliances, including a Miele oven, steamer oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, plumbed fridge, microwave, built-in coffee maker, butlers pantry and large island bench with four bar stools. The laundry is generous and houses a front-loader washer and dryer. There is a double garage and space for two cars in the driveway. The enclosed courtyard with outdoor shower and electric vergola is a lovely spot to retreat to for some private time, for the kids to use as a play area or to rinse the sand off after returning home from the beach. Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
