Dutchies is Port Stephens' most loved family friendly beach. This pretty little beach with golden sands has all the amenities to suit family members of all ages. There's children's play equipment, bathroom facilities, coin operated BBQs, picnic tables and lots of shaded grassy areas. The beach has calm blue water, perfect for little ones, and is book-ended by rocks that kids have enjoyed scrambling over and exploring for generations. Frolic in the water, build sandcastles and play catch on the sand then walk over the rocks and search for crabs and little fish caught in the rock pools. The Master Bedroom, upstairs, has a queen bed and opens onto a balcony with a leafy outlook.  The four other bedrooms are on ground level. Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 have a queen bed, and Bedroom 4 has two single beds. Bedroom 5 has a tri-bunk (double underneath and single above). There are two full bathrooms, one upstairs and one on the ground floor. One bathroom has a tub for little ones at bath-time. Relax in air-conditioned comfort in the large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room. The living area opens onto a generous north facing deck, surrounded by trees and with a BBQ and outdoor dining setting. The modern kitchen is fully equiped and features stainless steel appliances and a coffee pod machine. There's plenty of room for everyone to come together, inside or out, to cook, eat and relax. PARKING This property has off street parking down a narrow drive for 2 cars. The street is safe for on street parking directly out the front. BED CONFIGURATION - Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed Bedroom 2 - Queen bed Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed Bedroom 4 - 2 x Single Beds Bedroom 5 - Tri Bunk (double underneath/ single above) LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED for bookings made after 21/08/2019 and the beds are made with quality white linen. Doonas (with decorative covers), blankets and pillows are also supplied. For bookings made prior to 21/08/2019 you will need to make your own beds. ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 10 ADULTS. There is a single bed on the top of the tribunk that can be used upon application to accommodate 1 child, total maximum guest 11. $25 fee per booking applies for the top bunk to be made. BOND - a refundable bond of $1500 that is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refundable 3-5 days from your departure date. Optional extra costs you can select when booking; Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire. We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property, only those nominated and accepted on our booking form are permitted to be on the property. You may not add guests to the booking after the booking has been accepted. Immediate eviction will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are not on the booking form.
