THE SPACE Lots of verandahs and balconies on this property! The entire property has a certain Treehouse ambiance with lovely open spaces, two separate lounges, WiFi, a private pool with outdoor shower and barbecue facilities are all available. A circular paved outdoor fire pit invites marshmallow roasting or evening fireside chats. There's plenty of room for drinks and food with two large refrigerators, microwave, large full kitchen, bar area, gas stovetop, coffeemaker, air conditioning in main areas and two bedrooms. (Ceiling fans throughout) The ensuite bathroom has a very large step down "swimming pool" bathtub and separate shower. A large screen television and dvd player are provided in a separate lounge area, with an assortment of books, and other entertainments. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer are provided. Two infant porta-cots with linens are available upon request ($40 each per reservation or stay). Additional bedding/sleeping options available for up to 14 people upon request. The property is offered as a 3 bedroom house and/or as a 5 bedroom house including a 2 bedroom flat with bath on the lower pool level, with separate (optionally) locked entrance from within the property. (depending on the number of guests). The Treehouse is a pole house, and, although every effort has been made to childproof the property, there are a few areas where it is not possible to place smaller staircase rails from standpoint of ambiance and/or "do-ability". This must be borne in mind when electing to bring very small children who may not have adequate close supervision at all times. The entire house will be available to only one group of guests at a time. The private pool has an adjacent outdoor shower. The lower two bedrooms and bathroom are accessed downstairs below the master bedroom level from inside the property (using a pool side outdoor staircase (pool is fenced). (There are 4 split levels in all). Two porta-cots are available to accomodate two infants. Tariff's are based on 6 guests with each additionalguest charged at $45 per person, per night (over 2 years old). The downstairs bedrooms will only be opened should there be more than 6 guests or if bedding configuration requires it. Extra beds are available on request. Interaction with guests You will be provided with phone numbers to call to get any questions or concerns answered, and local assistance will almost always be available to you. A variety of Airlie Beach tours, day trips, and fishing expeditions are offered in a collection of recommended entertainments for your perusal. Other things to note Check in is at 2:00pm and Check-out is at 10:00 am. There is private parking on the premises with an undercover garage adjacent to the house. The property is a short walk from the heart of town with many fun things to do and places to go if you arrive in the area before check-in time.....
