Shells on the Shore is located just 200m from the patrolled Fingal Bay Beach. Shells on the Shore are the only two apartments on this residential block. The tariff quoted includes renting the two apartments together for a 5 bedroom home to accommodate 10 people. Possums apartment is the top floor and accommodates 4 people. Dolphins apartment is the ground floor which accommodates 6 people. There is no internal stairs. Both have impressive full kitchen with stone benchtop, coffee pods machine, full bathroom, large lounge room with flat screen TV, dining room, BBQ entertaining area, ceiling fans in all rooms, air-con in main area and free Wi-Fi. Possums apartment has a little water view and two bedrooms. The marble bathroom has deluxe spa bath, the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. The master bedroom has a double bed and opens out to the deck. The second bedroom has a 2 singles beds. The large entertaining deck has a great outdoor setting. Dolphins apartment is beautifully presented. There are 3 bedrooms, one double bed, 2 single beds and a bunk (2 singles). You will be able to relax and enjoy garden courtyard with a BBQ and outdoor setting after visiting the beach. There is a shared grassed yard - great for backyard cricket. We provide off street parking for 5 cars on the double driveway. The apartments are a short walk away from Market Street which has 2 small general stores, cafe and takeaways. Fingal Bay Bowling Club is also close by. Alternatively, take a 5 min. drive to Nelson Bay or 3 min drive to Shoal Bay for fine dining and large shops. The Nelson Bay marina is a short 5 min. drive and from here you can catch famous Dolphin and Whale watching cruises or relax amongst the boutique shopping with cafes and bars on the waterfront. There are also great markets and entertainment offered at the Marina waterfront. You will be happy you booked these apartments for your family, as it's just 200m from crystal blue waters of Fingal Bay Beach. Fingal Bay is a piece of paradise, the southern arm offers sheltered, calm swimming waters and there is also a flagged surf area in front of the surf club. There is a great cafe, fabulous restaurant, kiosk, showers, toilets, excellent large kids playground, large grassed area bring your cricket bat, bike riding path, elec. BBQ area and picnic tables for everyone. Enjoy breathtaking views of Fingal Beach from the surf club with a drink or meal. Fingal Bay boasts a sandbar to Fingal Island which can be crossed at low tide. Take the leisurely stroll along Paradise Beach and have swims along the way and explore the island which has a light house. Only moments from National Parks and a beautiful hike to Mt Tomaree where you can indulge in scenic bush and/or beach walks with spectacular lookout points. You may not add guests to the booking after the booking has been accepted. Immediate eviction will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are not on the booking form. Any noise after 10pm that neighbours complain about will result in the loss of your bond.
