The Ultimate Ocean View is a massive 5 bedroom house with games room which allows accommodation for a maximum 10-12 guests 10 in beds and additional 2 if using sofa lounge in games room. Due to its elevated position panoramic views are enjoyed from viewing balconies on all levels, all living areas and bedrooms. The house comprises of 3 levels. The top 3rd floor offers a huge balcony, high ceilings, an open plan lounge , dining table seats 8, gourmet kitchen and powder room/toilet. The main king bedroom has walk in robe and large stylish ensuite with spa and separate outdoor area with amazing water views. The 2nd floor three bedrooms all enjoy the water views and open on to another viewing deck. There is a queen room and two twin king single rooms, (4 king single beds) which can be zipped together to make king beds if arrangements are made on booking. The main bathroom is generously proportioned and includes a combined shower and spa to ensure you unwind after a day in paradise. There is also a laundry with washing machine & dryer for your convenience. There is a games room is equipped to keep the family happy with play station. The 1st floor has a complete fully self-contained apartment with waterviews, full kitchen, bathroom, lounge and queen bed. Complete with cute patio with of course, views.   4-LEGGED FAMILY MEMBERS WELCOME The Ultimate Ocean View is dog friendly so you can bring your best friend on holiday too. The front court yardarea is fully enclosed and there is shelter under the front door porch. There are plenty of pretty walks to take and Salamander Beach only 100m away is dog friendly on lead. For council approved off-lead fun, Bagnalls Beach is a short drive and very popular with fellow 4 legged vacationers.Please note - No dogs allowed in the carpeted bedrooms or on the beds or furniture. Each furry guests holiday is $50 per stay. LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality white linen. Doonas (with decorative covers), blankets and pillows are also supplied.
