Whoever is lucky enough to be joining you for their holiday at Arabella, youll all be doing it in absolute style! On the middle level, Arabella features beautifully furnished and decorated lounge, dining and kitchen areas that flow out onto a sumptuous north facing outdoor lounge area. The outdoor space is the perfect spot to BBQ, dine and relax while taking advantage of the views of the sparkling water peeping through the trees. Youre sure to spend a lot of your time between the 10 seater outdoor dining table and two comfy lounges. The spacious kitchen is fully equiped and designed with entertaining in mind. Pull up a stool at the island bench and enjoy a wine and chat while you cook. Also on this level is a laundry complete with a handy third toilet. Located on the top level are three chic bedrooms, two with king beds (one of these rooms can be seperated to 2 long singles) and one with a queen bed as well as a bunk bed (2 singles). Each bedroom enjoys treetop views and gorgeous blue water smatterings through the canopy to remind you how very close you are to the waterfront. The master bedroom has a large ensuite and the main bathroom features a shower-bath, perfect for little ones. The lower level is an ideal escape zone. Here youll find the fourth bedroom, with Queen bed and King single bed aboveand another lovely TV lounge area, providing a place for teenagers or in-laws to retreat to if desired, so everyone can enjoy their own space. Arabella is perfect for families who love the outdoors. The owner has provided for your use holiday fun items including 2 bicycles one with removable basket, 2 bogey boards, 1 plastic beach cricket set, 1 portable beach cabana, 2 low  beach chairs, 2 beach carts, assorted buckets and spades, 2 small cooler bags. Also for your convienance the owner has provided 2 high chairs and 2 portable low height gas heaters for out door winter dining.  Located on a quiet leafy street in Nelson Bay, its only a short stroll away from Bagnalls Beach and the famous and much loved family beach, Dutchies. The end of Dutchies closest to Arabella has children's play equipment and BBQs. A bike and pedestrian path runs from one end of Dutchies to the other, where youll find bathroom amenities, more tables and BBQs, and lovely shaded grass areas. Dutchies Beach has been a drawcard for holidaymakers for generations. A favourite for families with young children, this pretty little bay beach has calm blue water, golden sands and a collection of rocks at each end that kids love to explore. The pathway continues on right into Nelson Bay's town centre and Marina. It winds its way around the coastline and provides a tranquil walk with enjoyable coastal views. If youre lucky enough to have a boat, theres space for that too. There are two off-street parking spaces and the quiet street also has parking available. Arabella also includes extra touches to truly enhance your beach house holiday experience. Enjoy features like the use of a kayak, beach trolley, thermo mix and coffee pod machine. The top floor is 2 king rooms (one can be split to 2 long singles )and a queen with bunk room. The 4th large rumpus has a Queen with single above (tri-bunk). The Rumpus tri-bunk is on the ground floor and uses the middle floor powder room and top floor bathroom. please choose what beds you would like made: Option 1: 2 King, 2 Queen, 1 Bunk (2 singles) and a King Single. Option 2: 1 King, 2 Queen, 2 long single, 1 Bunk (2 single) and a King Single. BOND Arabella has a refundable bond of $2000 that is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date. Optional extra costs you can select when booking; Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire. Any noise after 10pm that neighbours complain about will result in the loss of your bond. Do not book if you feel that your guests may breach this term and condition. **** ONLY THE NOMINATED GUESTS MAY BE PRESENT AT THE PROPERTY FOR ANY TIME DURING THE STAY. We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property, only those nominated and accepted on our booking form are permitted to be on the property. You may not add guests to the booking after the booking has been accepted. Immediate eviction will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are not on the booking form.
