• Greyleigh does not accept any liability whatsoever for any injury damage loss delay additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events that are out of or beyond our control. This includes but is not limited to bushfires pandemics air conditions and extreme weather events. • For cancellations under 24 hours after the booking is made • a 50% cancellation fee in case booking was for a week or more. • All other bookings made with us are non-refundable. • We can transfer the booking to another agreeable time or apply a credit up to 12 months provided at least 48 hours is given prior to arrival and the booking dates can be refilled. • No refunds permitted for shortened stays in any case. • Travel insurance is always advisable. We recommend you take out travel insurance prior to arrival so that you can enjoy your entire stay at Greyleigh. • No refunds for cancellations due to bushfires pandemics air conditions and extreme weather events. When a guest needs to cancel their booking due to a bushfire or extreme weather event that prevents all direct access to the property a credit for the same number of nights and same property (no monetary value) will be offered. Credits are valid for 12 months and cannot be used for bookings on public holidays and long weekends. Credits can only be used for one booking at Greyleigh and cannot be used for split bookings. • Should Greyleigh management need to cancel for any reason (acting reasonably) refund or credit will be offered at Greyleigh’s absolute discretion. NO-SHOW • Guests who do not show up for their booking will not be entitled to a refund or credit. KEYS • In the event the guest misplaces the Greyleigh house keys the guest will be charged $500 deductible from their security deposit
