Coolart Studios offer luxurious studios that accommodate from two to ten guests comfortably. Each studio offers privacy, surrounded by Australian native bushland. We love the outdoor seating with BBQ facilities in the gardens for those who enjoy the alfresco lifestyle. Guests enjoy a fresh breakfast basket each morning, including fresh eggs and vegetables sourced from the onsite farm.

The studios are self-contained with full kitchen and laundry facilities. With studios that cater for up to 10 adults, select a studio with interconnecting rooms ideal for large family groups. Pets can be brought along too when pre-arranged (fee applies). 

Coolart Studios is close to Mornington Peninsula’s vineyards and wineries, fine dining and day spas. Days are well spent exploring the fertile lands and fresh produce.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of more than 21 days prior to arrival full refund of tariff less 10% booking fee. Cancellations made 7-21 days prior to arrival 50% of the tariff is refunded. Cancellations made within 7 days of your arrival NO refund (however we encourage a rescheduling of the booking to be used within 6 months). Security bond applied to all group stays, arranged directly with the owner.
