Foodies who attended last year’s event and were disappointed Blumenthal didn’t plate up a single morsel, although he did several Q&A’s will be salivating to hear he and his three Michelin star Fat Duck head chef Jonny Lake will be serving the restaurant’s famed “Botrytis Cinerea” dessert at Voyager Estate.
At the heart of the Margaret River Gourmet Escape is the Gourmet Village. With a buzzing village atmosphere it’s the perfect opportunity to taste some culinary delights & premium wine tasting. Hosted at Leeuwin Estate Winery with cooking demonstrations, wine tastings, masterclasses & foodie panel discussions.
